Erika Collins-Frazier, LPC (“Dr. E”) is a Licensed Professional Counselor and visionary leader with over 15 years of experience transforming lives through mental health advocacy, therapeutic care, and organizational leadership. She currently serves in multiple leadership roles, including Staff Health and Wellness Clinician for the Phoenix Union High School District, Clinical Supervisor for a youth group home at Desert Angels Behavioral Health, LLC, Clinical Supervisor for a counseling agency at Shining New Light, LLC, and Managing Member of Full Circle Behavioral Consultants, LLC.
Dr. E holds dual Master’s degrees in Professional Counseling and Forensic Psychology from Argosy University and earned her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in mental health from Grand Canyon University. Her clinical expertise includes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, solution-focused and reality therapy, crisis intervention, and complex grief support.

Her work spans school systems, residential treatment, and community-based care, all rooted in cultural competency and a deep commitment to equity and access.
