WorkForce Institute is an education technology company that helps people prepare for the digital workforce. Founded in 2020 by Ed Sattar and incubated and funded by EdTech Ventures, we aim to bridge the gap between career seekers, higher education institutions, and employers.
Our programs help people develop digital skills in areas such as Digital Marketing and UI/UX Design.
Our goal is to help communities develop the digital skills employers need. By connecting people with relevant education and career pathways, we help them prepare for opportunities in the digital economy.
Our journey began with a program focused on emerging digital marketing roles. As our programs grew, we expanded into UI/UX Design to support a wider range of digital career opportunities.
WorkForce Institute collaborates with university partners to expand access to technology education and digital skills training. Our partners include UT Arlington, Hofstra University, Northeastern Illinois University, Santa Clara University, and UT San Antonio. Through these collaborations, we aim to help learners develop relevant skills and prepare for evolving career opportunities.
